Rachel Avery grew up reading under the covers with a flashlight long before e-readers came along. Her goal in life is to devour as many good books as she can, across all genres. She’ll give any book a try!

The Sun and Shadow series is her first published work. After reading for so many decades, she thought it was her time to take up the pen. A hopeless romantic, she enjoys writing fantasy romance novels.

Rachel lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, two daughters and a houseful of animals.
